 The frequency of meetings is planned according to your needs : the objective is not to increase everyone’s schedules but to support you on points of difficulty that slow down your progress. In addition, it is also an opportunity to discuss your successes, your areas of progress and to challenge yourself accordingly. 

We are part of a process of lean management. For this, we regularly survey our teams to identify what they appreciate and collect their suggestions for improvement. 

 At TFCG, there is no « typical career ». Everyone is an actor in their own career. We regularly publish vacancies internally. At the same time, you have access to our training catalog, provided by our internal University. 

 The follow-up points with your manager are an opportunity to discuss your development wishes – whether they are in the continuity of your job or whether they concern a cross-functional development.

The interview process

Review of your application

Your application is analysed by our Recruitment Team and/or by the relevant practice lead. Depending on the matching of your profile with our opportunities, you will receive an answer within two weeks.
First contact
If your application is selected, you will be contacted by phone to validate your application and set-up a first introduction meeting.
In some circumstances, you may receive an email to choose the best date and time for your first introduction meeting.
Introduction interview
According to your location and availabilities, the introduction meeting may be by phone, by Teams or physical in one of our offices. This interview allows us to get to know each other and succinctly validate whether your application and your professional project match with the consultant‘s job.
 
We will discuss in depth your background and your expectations in terms of responsibilities, corporate culture and projection. It’s also the time to explain TFCG in more details, our culture, our values, our purpose, our organisation and perspectives.
Personal meetings

For Consultants, and above, you will be invited to analyse a business case and give us your feedback. This exercise will either be performed orally during the meeting or with a preparation week before.
For Managers, and above, you will have to prepare and present a study that you would have formalized on a specific topic of your choice (a regulation, a sectorial trend, a sustainable issue …). One week to prepare and send your document.
For Partners, you will present your Sustainable Business Plan (balancing business for TFCG, results for our clients and impact for the society).

Feedback

You will receive our feedback within 1 week following your last interview.
By default, your application will be stored for a limited period of time.
