Dominique is an expert in transformation, advising international banking institutions in the conduct of their strategy of transformation covering business strategy, information systems, finance, risk management and corporate social responsibility. He brings over 35 years of global finance and banking experience from some of the world’s most innovative companies including Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs.
Prior to this advisory role, from 2018 to 2020, Dominique spent 3 years at UNIGRAINS, main French Private Equity company specialized in the food industry, where he has conducted the transformation program of the group as Group Head of Transformation. He was involved in redefining the origination strategy, conducting the digital transformation, setting up an Environnement Social Governance road map and reshuffling the corporate governance and the risk management organization. He also spent seven years with Credit Suisse Group as Chief Operating Officer for Western Europe from 2010 to 2017. His responsibility covered Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance and Risks for Private and Investment Banking. In this position, he led the creation of the French branch of Credit Suisse Luxemburg for the Private bank and the set-up of the Wealth Management operation in Hedge funds. Dominique served as Benelux Chief Operating Officer for Royal Bank of Scotland from 2005 to 2010 where he led the merger of ABN-AMRO and RBS Investment banking business in France, Belgium and Luxemburg and then its restructuring. Prior to Royal Bank of Scotland, he was Chief Financial Officer of Archon Group (Goldman Sachs) where he set up the Asset Management structure of Real Estate assets repurchased on the French, Italian and German markets.
Dominique is based in Paris and graduated from Paris University and Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
