Jeremy is a trusted legal and commercial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, practicing both in France and in the United-Kingdom. From 2010 to present, Mr. Blimbaum is the founding partner of Solvaction, an independent business lawfirm specialising in corporate, M&A, regulatory requirements and capital markets (equity and debt). Prior to Solvaction, from 2000 to 2010, Mr. Blimbaum worked as a lawyer at Clifford Chance in Paris and London in Corporate M&A and securities law, then with Orrick Rambaud-Martel. He assists his clients – listed or unlisted companies, industrials, financial institutions and groups of shareholders – in connection with stock exchange transactions / fundraising, the issuance of financial instruments, investments by investment funds (private equity or funds of funds), legal structuring, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. Mr Blimbaum has helped his clients to raise funds, develop and implement their strategy, and establish relationships with industry partners. He has advised investment funds on their legal structure and strategy. From 2018 to 2021, he also served as a Board member of the France Biotech association.

Mr Blimbaum currently holds several advisory roles with biotech companies. Mr. Blimbaum is based in Paris, France and London, UK.
