Marie-Aude is a Partner at Prexilexis Consulting, a consulting firm dedicated to Finance Departments of companies. More specifically, Marie-Aude is in charge for the Insurance sector and works on topics such as project management for transformation projects and training clients on the challenges of new accounting and financial regulations.
Previously, Marie-Aude held various roles for leading players in the industry. Most recently, for over seven years, she was a Senior Manager in charge of the MOA Project Department for the Insurance sector at Lendys Consulting. Prior to that, Marie-Aude was responsible for level 2 accounting studies for the insurance company Generali. Finally, from 2006 to 2011, she was a Senior Consultant at Mazars, focusing on financial support in insurance accounting, as well as assisting in the establishment of shared service centers.

Over her 17 years of experience in the banking and insurance sectors, Marie-Aude has developed solid project management skills: implementing accounting tools, establishing fast close processes, setting up shared service centers, PMO for continuous improvement projects, and establishing branches.

Her experiences have also led her to lead accounting teams and develop specific expertise, including conducting insurance inventories in accordance with social norms and IFRS, bringing accounts into compliance with the lower balance sheet, and auditing and optimizing account reconciliation processes.

Marie-Aude holds a Master’s degree in CCA and also a DESCF qualification.
